Quick recipe to throw on flank steak –
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 small onion minced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup parsley chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the above ingredients together and pour over your flank steak – marinate 2 hours in fridge – then cook in over at 300 for 90-120 min for desired temp.
We slice it up and serve over salad or with cauliflower rice. Can also use as a salad dressing.
