A great example of why prepping is so important – I am breaking my fast now after….running and swimming – come home and grab simple ingredients:

Rotisserie chicken (precooked at grocery store)

Avocado 🥑

Egg thins with cauliflower (see below from Costco)

Mayo, salt, and pepper

Simply amazing 😉

I promise keto is delicious and super simple – and your body will thank you for it
